We process all orders with care and efficiency, Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, though in some cases processing may take slightly longer. Please note that this processing window excludes weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, holiday seasons, and promotional events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times and will keep you updated on your order status.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email to monitor your package's journey to you.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs processing. International transit times can occasionally be influenced by factors beyond our direct control, but we collaborate closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. In some cases, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails. Please always refer to the most recent email for your active tracking number.

Merra proudly ships to virtually every country across the globe. Our commitment to global reach means you can shop with confidence from anywhere. However, we do not ship to the following countries: Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Serbia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, and Yemen.

While we aim for universal service, specific delivery considerations may apply to certain remote regions, but our goal is to make receiving your Merra order as effortless as possible for everyone.

Customers placing international orders may be subject to local sales taxes, duties, and customs charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Merra does not include these charges in your order total or shipping fees. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable fees before finalizing your purchase.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Merra is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or consider using a secure delivery location.
