Ordering online from Merra is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click Add to Cart. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Once you have your selected items in your cart, click the Checkout button. You can then choose to checkout as a guest or create an account. Next, enter your shipping details, apply any discount codes, and complete your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the details of your order.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to arrive. Check your Junk/Spam folder as well. If you do not receive it within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@merra.be.
If you encounter an error during checkout, it is often due to payment details or address formatting. Try re-entering your billing/shipping address carefully. If the issue persists, please email our Customer Care team at contact@merra.be with a screenshot of the error and details of your device/browser so we can assist you faster.
We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order and if it has not yet been processed. Please email contact@merra.be immediately with your request.

Yes! Every product page has a link to our size guide. If you have specific questions about fit that are not answered in the product description or size guide, please email us at contact@merra.be.
What you may be seeing is a temporary authorization by your bank. This is standard practice and will clear within 24–48 hours, leaving only one charge. If you’ve received two separate order confirmation emails, please email contact@merra.be immediately so we can cancel and refund the duplicate order.
Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You are welcome to return your items as per our Returns Policy.
Creating an account with Merra makes checkout faster and lets you view past orders, save your shipping details, and join our VIP emails for exclusive offers, new arrivals, and early access to sales.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your Merra account and check “My Orders” to view the status.
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. For EU orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, check your Spam folder. If still missing, contact us at contact@merra.be.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check your sizing carefully before purchasing discounted items.
Yes, full-priced items can be returned within 14 days if they meet our returns conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). Please review our full Returns Policy for details.
Merra items can sell out quickly. If a product is restocked, you can register for back-in-stock notifications directly on the product page by entering your email.
